All new clients begin their journey with an extended 90-minute initial consult which serves as your introduction to our service, requiring all relevant intake forms to be completed. At the initial consult, you have the opportunity to share with me your story: What's brought you here today? What's helped shape who you are? What are your present concerns? What are your goals and hopes for the future? Here, we collaborate based on your personal life expertise and my clinical counselling experience on what the best tailored treatment plan is going forward. Here, we also assess whether or not we are a 'good fit' as it is my primary goal that you receive the best support suited for you.
